Human Resources Generalist – Remote (US)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to elevate the employee experience across our organization. This remote position supports U.S.-based teams and focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and culture building.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing to candidate communication and onboarding.
• Administer ATS and HRIS platforms, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Create and update HR dashboards, track recruiting metrics, and generate compliance reports.
• Assist payroll administration, benefits enrollment, and respond to employee HR inquiries.
• Serve as a resource on HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns, collaborating with internal teams to foster a positive employee experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.
