Task Force Director of Sales

About the role

The Task Force Director of Sales will travel across HHM Hotels’ portfolio, stepping into various properties to lead sales teams and provide both short‑term and long‑term coverage. You will operate in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment, adapting to luxury, select‑service and boutique hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Interview, select, train and coach sales associates to uphold brand standards and core values.
• Develop comprehensive strategic plans using internal and external data to capture all business segments.
• Monitor performance, track objectives and implement corrective actions to align with annual marketing plans.
• Maintain and grow key account relationships, negotiate terms and drive revenue growth.
• Travel locally during assignments to conduct outside calls, promote properties and analyze competition.

Required profile

• Four‑year college degree required; advanced coursework in business, marketing or communications a plus.
• Previous hotel sales experience required; operations experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Marriott and Hilton systems is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in public relations and community marketing.
