Talent Specialist - Contract Finance & Accounting

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Talent Specialist in West Chester for its contract finance and accounting practice. You will manage the full hiring process for contract-to-full-time placements, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, while building the firm's presence in the local marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contract and contract-to-full-time hiring: devise search strategies, draft and place advertisements, evaluate resumes, coordinate telephone, video and in-office interviews, and write job postings.
• Conduct all interviews, set up and evaluate assessments, and offer coaching and feedback to candidates.
• Build Robert Half's presence in the local market through networking organizations, face-to-face events, meetings and online networking.
• Work with teammates to meet weekly business growth goals and provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
• Track candidates working for competitors and keep applications accurate in the internal applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• 0+ years of experience, non-managerial.
• College or university degree not required.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of finance, accounting or banking functions.
• Working knowledge of finance, accounting or banking software such as Microsoft Office products.
