About the role
We are seeking a Talent Operations Specialist who sits at the intersection of people, process, and systems. Reporting to the People Operations team, you will ensure our hiring engine runs smoothly and deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition team and drive a seamless onboarding experience.
- Own and manage the recruiting platform in Oracle, defining requirements and testing new workflows.
- Ensure compliance across recruiting processes.
- Troubleshoot recruiter issues and partner with technical teams on system testing.
- Collaborate across departments to improve operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on clean data.
- Comfortable working with both recruiters and technical teams.
- Detail‑oriented and able to turn clunky processes into smooth ones.
