Talent Manager - Finance & Accounting Engagement Professionals

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Talent Manager for its Full-Time Engagement Professional team in Chandler, Arizona. As a core revenue driver in the Finance & Accounting practice, you will focus on business development and recruiting skilled professionals for client project and interim needs in corporate finance and accounting, accounting operations, shared services, tax, payroll and audit. Full-Time Engagement Professionals are full-time employees of Robert Half deployed on client projects or to backfill open positions.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce services to new and existing clients by video, telephone and in-person meetings
• Develop and maintain client target lists and generate leads through professional relationships and candidate interviews
• Build enterprise-wide relationships with key stakeholders to present staff augmentation and project solutions
• Promote the Full-Time Engagement Professionals solution and identify additional business with clients and professionals on engagements
• Negotiate bill rates for Full-Time Engagement Professionals
• Use proprietary business development tools and build a professional network through networking organizations
• Stay current on industry trends, M&A activity, technology, regulation and high-growth markets
• Match Full-Time Engagement Professionals with client staff augmentation or project needs
