Talent Director - Management Resources

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Talent Director for its Talent Acquisition team in the Management Resources practice, based in Irvine. You will deliver skilled consultants for client projects and interim contract needs in finance and accounting, human resources and operations, and business systems transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow a strong talent pool using the internal database, online postings, searches, networking and referrals.
• Run in-depth video and telephone interviews to assess consultants' skills and competencies.
• Carry out consultant redeployment and retention strategies.
• Share marketplace insights and industry trend analysis with consultants so they become a trusted career partner.
• Take part in professional industry associations to strengthen the firm's presence in the local finance and accounting community.

Required profile

• Business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting; CPA and/or MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of consulting or project delivery experience; Big Four, audit or professional services experience preferred.
• Negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage several complex projects at once, with a proven track record, excellent communication and a high sense of urgency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Salesforce or another CRM system is a plus.

What we offer

• Salary range of $77,000 to $90,000, negotiable on experience and location, with a performance-based bonus.
