About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a senior Talent Development professional to lead, design, develop and facilitate management and organizational development programs across its US sites. The role partners with business leaders to define future capabilities and drives transformational development at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop and facilitate management and organizational development programs for multiple stakeholders.
• Design innovative learning solutions that change behavior, improve performance and scale across the organization.
• Utilize psychometric tools (Lumina, Hogan, Leadership Versatility, 360 assessments) to draw insights and shape development interventions.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, TD team members and senior leaders to align programs with business strategy.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in organization or management development, including instructional design.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder programs and influence senior leaders.
• Strategic and systems thinking with a consultative, execution‑focused mindset.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, global environment and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Required skills

• Proficiency with psychometric assessments such as Lumina, Hogan, Leadership Versatility and 360° feedback tools.
• Strong facilitation skills for delivering management and professional development interventions.
