About the role

The Talent Advisor will support Kelly Services’ clients by driving employee engagement, development, and performance. This remote position, based in Elmira, NY, focuses on implementing talent programs, safety communications, and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute strategies to boost employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
• Implement programs that promote redeployment, retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication.
• Inform talent about safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates.
• Drive and execute process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain operational efficiency and deliver high-quality services to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of employee management, supervisory, or team‑lead experience.
• Results‑oriented, hardworking with strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management.
• Proficient understanding of HR and staffing practices such as onboarding, off‑boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
