About the role
Kelly is seeking a Talent Advisor to drive employee engagement, development, and performance in Jackson, TN. You will lead initiatives that improve retention, skill growth, and communication while ensuring operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and execute strategies to boost employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
- Implement programs focused on redeployment, retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication.
- Communicate safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates to talent.
- Drive process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
Required profile
- Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices such as onboarding, off‑boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
- Ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships.
- Results‑oriented, hardworking with strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
- Effective communication with multiple levels of management.
- Minimum 2+ years of employee management, supervisory, or team‑lead experience.
