HR Trainer – Leadership Development

About the role

Join the University of Mississippi Medical Center as an HR Trainer responsible for designing and delivering leadership development programs. You will partner with managers and HR business partners to assess training needs and create effective learning solutions for staff across the health system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, present, and coordinate leadership development programs.
• Analyze and assess individual, departmental, and organizational training needs.
• Design, deliver, and track specified training programs.
• Collaborate with management and customers to optimize service and communication.
• Facilitate group sessions using instructional design principles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning styles.
• Familiarity with instructional design theory and group facilitation.
• Understanding of health‑care system administration (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective consulting, relationship‑building, and project‑management abilities.
• Analytical skills to identify problems and develop logical solutions.
