Talent Advisor – Employee Engagement & HR Operations

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Talent Advisor to join its Whitaker, NC facility. In this full‑time position you will help drive employee engagement, development and performance while ensuring HR processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute strategies that boost employee engagement, creativity and performance.
• Manage programs focused on redeployment, retention, skill improvement and clear communication.
• Inform talent about safety policies, standard methodologies and updates.
• Identify and implement process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain operational efficiency and deliver high‑quality HR services to meet internal customer needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in employee management, supervisory or team‑lead roles.
• Strong understanding of HR and staffing practices such as orientation, terminations, payroll, coaching and advising.
• Proactive relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple management levels.
