Talent Advisor – Employee Engagement & Development

About the role

Kelly Services is seeking a Talent Advisor to join its Charlotte, NC team. In this position you will champion employee engagement, drive performance improvement initiatives, and support talent development across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute strategies that boost employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
• Lead programs focused on redeployment, retention, skill improvement and clear communication.
• Inform talent about safety policies, standard methodologies and updates.
• Identify and implement process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain operational efficiency while delivering high‑quality HR services to meet client needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in employee management, supervisory or team‑lead capacity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a constantly evolving environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships.
• Effective communication skills across multiple management levels.
• Solid understanding of HR and staffing practices such as onboarding, off‑boarding, talent management, employment law and contract language.
