Talent Advisor – Culver City, CA (Onsite)

About the role

Kelly Services is seeking a Talent Advisor to join its Culver City team. In this onsite position you will help shape employee experiences, drive engagement, and support talent development across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute strategies that enhance employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
• Implement programs focused on redeployment, retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication.
• Inform talent about safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates.
• Drive process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain operational efficiency and deliver high‑quality HR services to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of employee management, supervisory, or team‑lead experience.
• Results‑oriented with strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships.
• Effective communication skills across multiple management levels.

Required skills

• Proficient understanding of HR and staffing practices such as onboarding, off‑boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
