Talent Acquisition Specialist – Healthcare SaaS

About the role

Medsien, a fast‑growing venture‑backed healthcare SaaS company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build high‑performing teams. You will partner with internal stakeholders across the organization to attract, assess, and hire top talent that supports our mission of delivering remote care management.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand and prioritize human‑resource needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Post job ads, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and hiring‑manager interviews.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold company values throughout the hiring process.
• Track and improve hiring quality metrics using recruitment analytics.
• Continuously enhance the end‑to‑end candidate experience based on feedback.

Required profile

• University degree in social sciences, management, economics or related field.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self‑starter who can work effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Curious, empathetic and able to handle confidential personal data securely.
• Fluent English with excellent written and spoken abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruiting sourcing tools, HR systems, spreadsheets and collaborative platforms.
