Talent Acquisition Partner – Scientific Operations

About the role

Pharmaron is looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to support the growth of its Business Development, Commercial, and Scientific Operations teams across the United States. This remote position will work closely with leaders to attract top talent for client‑facing and scientific functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with Business Development, Account Management, Client Engagement, and Scientific Operations leaders to define hiring needs and talent strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates through direct outreach and headhunting.
• Conduct searches for senior leadership roles such as Director, Senior Director, and Vice President.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for scientific, operational, and commercial functions.
• Perform talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions, compensation trends, and recruitment best practices.
• Facilitate candidate assessments, interview processes, and offer negotiations.
• Use recruiting metrics and data to continuously improve the hiring process.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting commercial, scientific, and executive‑level talent within pharma, biotech, CRO, or CDMO environments.
• Demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates for highly specialized and leadership positions.
• Strong understanding of preclinical research, laboratory operations, and client‑facing roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
