Talent Acquisition Partner – Recruiting Coordination & Interview Scheduling

About the role

Join JND‑Inc as a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting recruiters and hiring managers in a fast‑paced corporate environment. You will coordinate interview logistics, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth hiring process for executive and management‑level roles.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a partner to recruiters and hiring managers, coordinating interview logistics for executive and management‑level candidates.
• Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews, arrange travel, and manage interview agendas.
• Draft and extend offer letters and new‑hire documentation, and maintain candidate records in the HRIS.
• Process candidate expense reports, background checks, and referral information.
• Generate regular reports for the Recruiting Manager and support process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting support or talent acquisition environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to interact with all organizational levels.
