Systems Engineer

About the role

PEMCCO is looking for a Systems Engineer to support the design, development, integration, testing, implementation, and sustainment of mission‑critical systems for government projects. The role involves working across the full system lifecycle, translating requirements into reliable solutions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support systems engineering activities throughout the system lifecycle.
• Analyze user, operational, and system requirements.
• Assist in developing system architectures, concepts, and technical solutions.
• Participate in system integration, testing, verification, and validation.
• Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including requirements, specifications, plans, and reports.
• Take part in technical, design, and engineering reviews.
• Coordinate with engineers, developers, administrators, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Identify and resolve system‑level technical issues.
• Support configuration management, risk management, and implementation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance if required.
• Experience in systems engineering, integration, analysis, requirements management, verification and validation, or lifecycle support.
