E-Discovery Systems Analyst

About the role

CACI is looking for a Systems Analyst to support a high-profile Federal client in the eDiscovery arena, helping to manage, analyze and present very large amounts of electronic data. The analyst advises on process best practices, analyzes business and systems processes to identify improvements, and works directly with clients to define needs and recommend solutions. The position requires a minimum DOJ MB clearance to start.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with end-users, management, vendors and IT personnel, and produce functional design specifications from user requirements.
• Develop and deploy software applications, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing and configuration.
• Learn and use COTS tools, design reports, and create PowerShell scripts and applications to automate routine tasks.
• Define system and project requirements, and create design documents, user guides, test cases and other documentation.
• Troubleshoot applications through debugging and error log inspection, and deploy fixes.
• Consult with Government staff and other contractor staff to clarify objectives and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of development experience.
• Experience unit testing and deploying MVC.NET web applications to IIS independently.
• Ability to write high-quality, well-structured and maintainable code.
• Undergraduate degree preferred, preferably in computer science or information management/technology.

Required skills

• Programming in ASP.NET, C#, C++, Python, Perl or Java.
• Writing complex queries and stored procedures in SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio for high volumes of data.
• Desired: SQL / Power BI reporting and RPA tool experience.
