  • Support Section 508/WCAG accessibility assessments within automation workflows.
  • Refine acceptance criteria and enable Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) across agile teams.
  • Define test metrics, KPIs, dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
  • Manage automated test data, synthetic datasets and validation rules across distributed systems.
  • Perform advanced debugging, log analysis, root-cause identification and cross-system defect reproduction.
  • Work with Business Analysts, developers and Product Owners on business logic, user flows and edge cases, and advocate for quality-focused engineering practices.
  • Mentor junior testers and contribute to best-practice documentation.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree, or experience in lieu of education.
  • 7+ years of testing experience, including 5+ years of automated and 3+ years of manual testing or related experience.
  • Demonstrated programming/scripting skills (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, etc.) with automated testing.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two of: Selenium Grid / WebDriver, Protractor or Jasmine, Cucumber/Gherkin, JUnit, TestNG, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket.
  • Experience with relational databases, UI/UX testing and Section 508 compliance testing.
  • Agile/Scrum experience with tools such as Jira, Serena Business Manager and HP QC.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Washington, DC and to obtain a DHS/FEMA EOD background investigation.
