About the role
We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support finance‑related applications for a large multinational law firm. The role will be based in Boston, New York or Chicago with a hybrid schedule (2‑3 days onsite per week). You will act as a key IT liaison for the Finance Department, ensuring the stability and performance of critical accounting systems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for the Elite 3E accounting system.
- Serve as a primary IT representative for the Finance Department and related project teams.
- Participate in upgrades, new technology implementations, and system enhancements.
- Install, configure, and maintain finance applications and associated Windows servers.
Required profile
- Experience administering Elite 3E (Aderant expertise is acceptable).
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server environments.
- Proficiency with SQL and advanced query writing.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and experience with application installation and configuration.

What we offer
- Base salary between $130,000 and $150,000 per year, plus an annual bonus (location‑dependent).
- Hybrid work arrangement (2‑3 days onsite).
