System Design Engineer (ACS Products)

About the role

We are looking for a System Design Engineer to lead the system‑level design of Air‑Conditioning Service (ACS) products within Bosch Mobility Aftermarket. The role involves creating high‑level architecture documentation and integrating software, hardware, and mechanical components to deliver reliable, certified solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and document system‑level architecture for ACS products.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including wiring diagrams and specifications.
• Coordinate testing and certification activities (UL, CE) and produce test plans and reports.
• Perform design analysis and FMEA to ensure form, fit, function, and safety.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and support warranty cost reduction.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams to meet schedule, specification, and budget targets.
• Represent the design engineering team with professionalism to customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Four‑year engineering degree (BSEE preferred).
• 3+ years of relevant design experience.
• Proven ability to innovate, work from vision, and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
