Electro-Mechanical Product Engineer

About the role

This position is responsible for the system‑level design of Air‑Conditioning Service (ACS) products, covering electro‑mechanical components such as motors, sensors, switches, and controls. The engineer will collaborate with a cross‑functional team to deliver products on‑time, on‑spec, and on‑budget while translating vision into detailed designs.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and document system‑level architecture for AC service products.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including wiring diagrams, specifications, and FMEAs.
• Coordinate testing and certification activities (UL, CE) and generate test plans and reports.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and support warranty cost reduction.
• Lead project teams, ensuring accuracy, detail, and professionalism throughout the development cycle.

Required profile

• Four‑year engineering degree (BSEE preferred) with 3+ years of related experience.
• Proven design skills and experience with product certifications such as UL.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and global teams.
• Strong oral and written communication with solid documentation abilities.
