Survey Project Specialist

About the role

The Survey Project Specialist acts as the lead technical and operational contact for assigned survey projects, supporting internal stakeholders to deliver client programs accurately, on time, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support for assignment, setup, scheduling, coordination, preparation, and completion of project tasks.
• Review and interpret project information, applying technical standards, client requirements, and company procedures.
• Coordinate and communicate project status, findings, and issues with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and quality of tasks, resolve or escalate issues, and ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.
• Manage vendor/subcontractor network, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
• Develop and maintain training programs and documentation for surveyors and vendors.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of technical standards and client requirements in surveying or related fields.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze vendor performance metrics and implement improvement actions.
• Experience supporting project managers during high‑workload periods.
