Support Engineer

About the role

Remarcable is looking for a Support Engineer to help customers troubleshoot software issues, understand workflows, and resolve cases. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in SaaS support, data troubleshooting, and system integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging inbound support cases, classifying issues, and managing tickets end‑to‑end with clear communication.
• Performing light data investigations using Excel and basic SQL, and supporting stock and tool uploads.
• Communicating with customers via phone, video, and email to guide them through procurement and tool‑management workflows.
• Collaborating with Customer Success, Engineering, and Onboarding teams, documenting troubleshooting steps and internal knowledge articles.

Required profile

• Strong communicator comfortable with calls and video conversations.
• Calm under pressure, able to manage multiple open cases simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience in SaaS support or technical customer roles.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn.
