Support Engineer I – Weekend Shift in NYC

About the role

Replit is looking for a Support Engineer I to join its NYC office on a weekend shift. You will be the first point of contact for developers using Replit, helping them solve technical issues, debug platform problems, and navigate the tools they need.

Key responsibilities

• Handle support tickets via Zendesk, providing technical guidance and resolving bugs while meeting daily volume and resolution targets.
• Collaborate with the Support team to share user insights, maintain the Knowledge Base, and communicate outage updates.
• Report bugs to Engineering for triage and contribute to automation of repetitive support tasks.

Required profile

• Prior experience in software development or technical support.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with strict productivity metrics.
• Strong time‑management, ticket triage, and performance‑tracking skills.
