Support Analyst

About the role

Range is building an AI‑powered wealth management platform and seeks a Support Analyst with 3‑5 years of experience to provide exceptional assistance to members. The role is based in McLean, VA (or New York City hub) and involves troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist members with questions on using the Range platform and serve as the first line of defense on technical issues.
• Diagnose problems quickly, offer effective solutions, and maintain a knowledge library.
• Maintain success metrics and data as directed, and share best practices within the team.
• Refine the customer‑facing AI agent and leverage AI tools to improve daily output.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a support or technical role, preferably in SaaS startup or FinTech.
• Strong problem‑solving and written communication skills; BS or BA preferred.
• Experience with financial services technology and interest in the tech/consumer fintech space.

Required skills

• Technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Ability to create and maintain documentation and knowledge bases.

What we offer

• Base salary $70,000 – $170,000 per year, plus equity stock options.
