Supply Chain & Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead our distribution center in New Orleans. The role combines warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, and global sourcing to support a fast‑growing product business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day warehouse, distribution and operational activities to meet service levels and growth targets.
• Manage international supplier relationships (Mexico, India, China), negotiate pricing, terms and freight agreements.
• Oversee production schedules, quality control, compliance and on‑time delivery from suppliers.
• Develop demand forecasts and inventory plans in partnership with sales leadership.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, improve turns and implement tracking/reporting tools.
• Monitor order fulfillment, shipping performance and on‑time‑in‑full delivery metrics.
• Manage domestic and international freight, 3PL relationships and customs compliance.
• Prepare reporting on inventory, margins, backorders, service levels and operational KPIs.
• Control operational budgets and drive process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Lead, develop and support operations staff while collaborating with finance, purchasing, sales and executive teams.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in operations, warehouse or supply chain management.
• Proven track record in international sourcing and supplier management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and optimize landed costs.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs and cross‑functional teams.
