Supply Chain Operations Coordinator – First Shift

About the role

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a first‑shift Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to support warehouse and materials management. The associate will ensure timely shipping, receiving, and inventory processes while maintaining a safe, organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain materials, equipment, and supplies needed for logistics functions.
• Monitor inventory integrity, resolve discrepancies promptly, and conduct physical inventories, cycle counts, and audits.
• Receive and verify purchase orders, stock items correctly, and track non‑conforming or damaged parts.
• Assist with Material Safety Data Sheets for incoming materials.
• Observe safety guidelines on the loading dock and warehouse, correcting unsafe conditions.
• Ensure compliance with HAZMAT storage and shipping plans.
• Identify and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Operate various material‑handling equipment as required.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of combined experience in inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work quickly.

What we offer

• First‑shift schedule: Monday‑Friday, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm.
• Pay range: $30‑$40 per hour.
• Full‑time, on‑site position in Devens, MA.
