Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

About the role

Yotta Energy is seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead all aspects of its supply chain operations. You will ensure the timely, cost‑effective movement of materials and finished goods that support manufacturing, engineering, sales, and customer delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage domestic and overseas suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to achieve on‑time delivery performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with freight carriers, transportation providers, and 3PL partners.
• Negotiate transportation, logistics, and supplier contracts to optimize cost and service.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate material planning, and support production and customer demand.
• Analyze supply chain data, create KPI reports, and maintain traceability throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization.
• Develop procedures compliant with ISO 9000 and collaborate with engineering, sales, support, and finance teams.
• Identify supply‑chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, materials management or manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience managing transportation, freight, and supplier relationships.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, procurement, logistics and demand planning.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, reporting and data analysis.
