Material Expeditor

About the role

Saronic Technologies is seeking a proactive Material Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and equipment for rapid prototype builds, testing cycles, and production runs. The role connects procurement, engineering, logistics, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to keep production schedules on track.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track open purchase orders and material deliveries against production schedules.
• Identify material shortages, late deliveries, or supply‑chain risks and drive timely resolution.
• Expedite critical materials by coordinating with suppliers, freight carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate status updates in ERP/MRP systems for real‑time visibility.
• Support new product introduction, prototype builds, and production ramp‑ups through focused material coordination.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in materials expediting, supply chain, logistics, or production planning.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain workflows and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with DoD procurement regulations (ITAR, DFARS) is a plus.
