Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Associate ensures that the team has the parts and tools needed to deliver top‑quality home services. This full‑time, onsite position involves receiving, unloading, organizing inventory, and maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack and stage products using a forklift, pallet jack or hand truck.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, verify receipts and documentation.
• Support operational processes to meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
• Assist with physical inventories, cycle counts and proper stock rotation.
• Inspect pallets and cases for quantity, damage, lot codes and follow instructions.
• Identify process improvements and keep the work area clean and orderly.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb frequently and perform medium‑level physical exertion.
• Reliability, punctuality, safety‑mindset and a strong work ethic.
• Clean driving record and successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
