Supply Chain Analyst I

About the role

The Supply Chain Analyst I will support strategic and operational initiatives that improve efficiency, flexibility, service, and cost performance across YETI’s distribution network. You will work at the intersection of supply chain, operations, sales, e‑commerce, and IT, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver a world‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams and external service providers, including 3PLs, to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain network.
• Analyze supply chain and operational data to identify trends, support project development, and recommend process enhancements.
• Support supply chain projects focused on service, efficiency, flexibility, and cost performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and help improve service levels and overall supply chain performance.
• Perform repeatable daily tasks while identifying opportunities to automate and scale processes.
• Assist planning for new product launches, peak holiday periods, and promotional events using demand forecasts to prepare logistics partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or a related environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
• High attention to detail, proactive critical thinking, and a process‑oriented, team‑focused mindset.
