Supplier Performance Specialist

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Supplier Performance Specialist to act as the strategic backbone of its helicopter rotable supply chain. You will manage a portfolio of OEM and MRO suppliers, ensuring the reliability of mission‑ready parts for the fleet. The role combines data‑driven analysis with close supplier relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end reliability of fleet parts by monitoring supplier KPIs such as quality, delivery and warranty performance.
• Manage a high‑impact portfolio of OEM and MRO providers, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions to improve supplier performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including MRO Equipment, Operations and Quality to resolve turnaround time and warranty issues.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in complex supply chain or logistics environments.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and drive performance improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and data‑based decision making.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross‑functional team.
