Material Handler – Production Support

About the role

We are looking for a Material Handler to join our Coatings team in Greenville, Ohio. The role focuses on keeping production moving while prioritising safety and supporting the team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Load and off‑load packaged materials and stage them to support production.
• Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and yard tractors.
• Maintain assigned equipment, perform inspections and keep the work area tidy.
• Assist team members, adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere.
• Support process‑safety programs through audits, safety reviews and incident investigations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse setting (preferred).
• Hazardous Materials Handling Certification (CFR 49) – preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lb and strong commitment to safety.
• Basic computer skills for training and documentation.
