Supervisor, Paid Social

About the role

MissionOne Media, a brand within BarkleyOKRP, is seeking a Supervisor, Paid Social to lead strategy and performance across paid social accounts. This full‑time hybrid role focuses on driving client growth through data‑driven campaign planning, optimization and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, steward, optimize and report on campaigns across platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and Snapchat.
• Build and maintain relationships with media representatives and act as the activation lead for key client communications.
• Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations at client meetings and presentations.
• Design cost‑efficient media buys, manage forecasting, account segmentation, bid management and vendor agreements.
• Oversee campaign tracking set‑up, implementation and post‑buy reporting, collaborating with Ad Operations.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards and deliver insights to clients on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with finance and internal teams to ensure accurate budgeting and performance measurement.
