PR & Content Specialist

About the role

AdFarm is looking for a PR & Content Specialist to join its team in Kansas City. You will help bridge the gap between farmers and the brands that serve them by creating compelling content, managing social channels, and supporting strategic communications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish owned content such as blogs, long‑form articles, sponsored pieces, and social media posts.
• Develop monthly social media calendars aligned with client goals, brand voice, and seasonal opportunities.
• Manage community interactions and respond to audience inquiries across platforms.
• Monitor industry trends, analyze performance data, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with integrated marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and achieve client communication objectives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in content planning, writing, and digital storytelling.
• Proven ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging copy.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive communication style.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment and meeting deadlines on time and on budget.
