Supervisor de Producción Culinaria

About the role

We are looking for a Culinary Production Supervisor to support daily plant‑based meal production and ready‑to‑go products. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will help coordinate batch production, packaging and ensure timely delivery for retail and wholesale channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily production, batch scheduling, preparation and packaging.
• Monitor production flow, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and step in as acting leader during manager absences.
• Train and guide kitchen staff on production procedures, equipment use, cleaning standards and food‑safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate portion control, labeling, presentation standards and inventory records.
• Support inventory counts, ingredient rotation, waste reduction and communicate shortages.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance reporting for cold‑press machines, blenders, mixers, sealers and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct sanitation checks, temperature logging, FIFO inventory management and prepare for inspections.
