About the role

Horizon Next, a data-driven marketing organization focused on brand strategy, media planning and investment and analytics, is looking for a Supervisor, Business Solutions in New York. The role combines strategic planning, account management, relationship management and supervision of a small team of junior members.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic planning (35%): guide the team in turning client goals into strategic media solutions, supervise media briefs, own the final campaign reporting analysis and lead research initiatives for consumer insights
• Account management (10%): anticipate client requests, lead performance calls, work with investment and activation teams and partner with the Associate Director and Director
• Relationship management (15%): act as a Horizon Next contact for core clients and partners, and interview for junior team openings
• Supervision and management (40%): oversee junior members' work with other departments, coach them, set goals and career-development timelines, and promote a positive team environment

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience developing strategic media recommendations and managing media account projects
• Prior experience in a client contact and leadership role, with strong mentorship experience
• Ability to manage a small team and to present and sell ideas internally and to clients
• Supporter of diversity, equity and inclusion

Required skills

• Thorough understanding of advanced analytics and performance media
• Familiarity with marketing principles and analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
