Summer 2027 Upstream Marketing Intern

About the role

Stryker is offering a Summer 2027 internship for an Upstream Marketing intern based in Columbia City, Indiana. The internship is onsite and sits within the Upstream Marketing team, which supports product development and strategic marketing initiatives that connect Stryker's products, customers and markets. Majors targeted include Marketing, Business, Business Administration/Management and Communications.

Key responsibilities

• Apply classroom knowledge in a fast-paced, growing industry setting.
• Implement new ideas, be challenged and develop your skills.
• Network with key and high-level stakeholders and business leaders.
• Join an innovative team and culture.
• Document complex processes and present them clearly.
• Support product development and strategic marketing initiatives, collaborating with R&D, Marketing and customer insights teams using the Big Picture Marketing framework.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, remaining enrolled after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and does not need employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment

What we offer

• $20 minimum to $35 maximum hourly wage
