Senior Field Marketing Manager

About the role

Tricentis, a global leader in continuous testing and quality engineering, is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join its AMS marketing team. Reporting to the Director, AMS Marketing, you will build and run integrated campaigns that generate awareness, drive qualified pipeline, accelerate deals and expand customer relationships across the US and Canada. The role is hybrid, with three in-office days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a data-driven regional marketing strategy with AMS GTM leadership, covering leads, pipeline and bookings across assigned sales pods.
• Run account-based marketing programs, including in-person and virtual events, executive briefings, industry conferences, webcasts, telemarketing, sales enablement tools and nurture campaigns.
• Partner with field sales, channel sales, customer success and BDR teams on messaging, lead follow-up and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
• Manage the AMS marketing budget and calendar, and measure programs against SLAs and KPIs with Marketing Operations.
• Analyze performance data, use segmentation tools such as 6sense, ZoomInfo and Salesforce, and run quarterly business reviews of marketing performance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in field or regional marketing for enterprise software or high-tech.
• Proven success in demand generation, pipeline acceleration and account-based marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship; the role is not eligible for employer-sponsored visas.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and business intelligence platforms.
• Event management across hosted events, conferences and virtual/hybrid formats.
• Deep understanding of sales methodology and pipeline mechanics.
• Project and program management, with experience leading demand generation across cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: Asana, Power BI or Tableau, and experience in cross-geo, globally matrixed marketing organizations.
