Summer 2027 Medical Education Intern - New Jersey

About the role

Stryker is offering a Summer 2027 Medical Education internship in New Jersey (Mahwah), open to students currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. The internship is onsite and offers hands-on work on Medical Education programs, with mentorship from leaders and exposure to a culture of innovation and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of Medical Education courses, programs and related activities.
• Gather, organize and analyze data from Medical Education programs to support reporting, insights and continuous improvement.
• Develop an understanding of the Medical Education strategy, business priorities, budgeting process and program planning.
• Build knowledge of customer profiles and how customers are engaged to support business and educational objectives.
• Learn key training and Medical Education workstreams and contribute to cross-functional coordination.
• Help capture and apply customer feedback to improve the Medical Education experience.
• Apply internal branding guidelines so communications and program materials are consistent and professional.
• Use internal communication tools to collaborate, share updates and support program execution.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, remaining enrolled after the internship.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and does not need sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Majors targeted: Marketing, Business, Business Administration/Management, Communications.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

What we offer

• Pay of $20 minimum to $35 maximum per hour.
• Sign-on bonus.
