Adjunct Faculty - Clinical, Jefferson College of Nursing

About the role

The Jefferson College of Nursing, Abington-Dixon campus in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, is seeking an adjunct clinical faculty member to support its new concept-based BSN curriculum, which emphasizes practice excellence, population health, inter-professional collaboration and innovation. The college is also launching the Curriculum for Health is H.E.R.E., a program designed to prepare BSN students for practice.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate effective student learning in a variety of clinical educational settings across the care continuum
• Provide guidance to students across multiple care transitions
• Support the new curriculum's core themes of practice excellence, population health, inter-professional collaboration and innovation

Required profile

• MSN from an accredited institution (required)
• Ability to work professionally and accountably in clinical settings across the care continuum and with inter-professional care teams
• Ability to create a climate of conceptual learning that supports positive student outcomes
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, staff, students and agency personnel
