Associate Sales Education Manager, Field Training

About the role

Stryker is hiring an Associate Sales Education Manager, Field Training, based at its Flower Mound, Texas facility. The role supports the development and delivery of sales education programs that prepare sales and clinical teams to understand, use and communicate complex products and procedures. It combines training facilitation, program coordination, content support, participant evaluation and stakeholder collaboration, working with sales, marketing, healthcare professionals and subject matter experts.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual sales education programs on products, procedures and sales processes.
• Coordinate training logistics, including course preparation, participant communications, prerequisite verification and event execution.
• Develop and deliver educational content with sales education, marketing and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and subject matter experts on training materials.
• Evaluate participant performance and document training outcomes.
• Analyze feedback to identify improvements and manage reporting, expense tracking and administrative documentation.
• Align training initiatives with sales, marketing and business priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience in the medical device industry.
• Preferred: experience in joint replacement or robotics, 2+ years in sales or technical training, expertise in relevant products, disease states, human anatomy and biomechanics, experience with Mako Robotics, and experience in group facilitation, adult learning or presentations.

What we offer

• Pay range of $98,200 - $163,700 USD annually (U.S. location).
• Travel up to 50% in the first year for training in Arizona, New Jersey or Florida, decreasing to about 20% in the second year.
