SUD Supportive Services Coordinator

About the role

The Supportive Services Coordinator educates the community about youth Substance Use Disorder (SUD) risks, provides family support, and oversees childcare through the BRIDGE Program. The role connects youth and families to resources, tracks program outcomes, and assists with service coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site childcare oversight, monitor activities, and ensure a safe environment while parents attend SUD services.
• Conduct community outreach, educational sessions, and group presentations on youth SUD risks.
• Maintain accurate documentation for BRIDGE program tracking, outcome reporting, and compliance with county and state requirements.
• Assist families with referrals, Medi‑Cal enrollment, and provide case management and crisis intervention as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in drug & alcohol field, preferably with youth.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Enrollment in or completion of a Child Development program (minimum 8 units).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
