Sub-Investigator Nurse Practitioner – Infusion Lead

About the role
This contract position supports a Phase II neuroscience clinical trial in the New York City area. The Sub‑Investigator Nurse Practitioner will lead infusion day activities and work closely with investigators, sponsors, and research staff.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the delegated Sub‑Investigator under the Principal Investigator.
- Administer investigational IV therapies and oversee infusion day operations.
- Perform protocol‑required neurological and pain assessments.
- Monitor patient safety, manage infusion‑related reactions, and document findings.
- Collaborate with research nurses, study coordinators, and sponsor teams to ensure successful study execution.
Required profile
- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Registered Nurse (RN) licenses.
- DEA registration.
- Experience in neurology, pain management, infusion nursing, critical care, or clinical research.
- Proven IV infusion experience.
- Clinical research experience is highly preferred.
