Senior Consultant – Business Transformation and Innovation

About the role

Campana & Schott U.S. is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its New York team, focusing on business transformation and innovation within the Life Sciences industry. The role involves end‑to‑end client project delivery, from planning through implementation, across R&D, Access, Medical and Commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client projects from strategic planning to execution, managing portfolios and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Identify business needs, design processes, guidelines and documentation, and provide execution roadmaps with timelines and status reporting.
• Drive organizational change, engage key stakeholders and lead project teams to successful delivery.
• Utilise AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini) daily to develop creative solutions for client challenges.
• Collaborate in international teams and contribute to internal initiatives shaping the U.S. branch.

Required profile

• Minimum MBA, MSc or related degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in management or technology consulting within life sciences.
• Strong interest in business transformation, agile organisations and international collaboration.
• Proven experience leading project teams, client interactions and applying change‑management methodologies.
• Willingness to travel and fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini.
