Senior Consultant – Change Management

About the role

Campana & Schott is seeking a Senior Consultant to support change management initiatives for digital, data, AI, and operating model transformations within the Life Sciences sector. The role is based in New York and involves close collaboration with client stakeholders and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of change management activities for digital, data, AI, and operating model transformations.
• Partner with client stakeholders and project teams to assess change impacts and readiness.
• Develop communications, training, and engagement materials for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and feedback sessions.
• Execute change, communications, and enablement plans to drive user adoption.
• Monitor adoption metrics, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and internal capability building.

Required profile

• MBA, MSc, or related degree from an accredited institution.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably in management or technology consulting within life sciences.
• Familiarity with structured change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
• Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel.

What we offer

• Base salary $132,000‑$144,000 per year plus discretionary bonus (0‑20%).
