Student Worker – RSC Marketing Assistant

About the role

As a Marketing Services Assistant you will gain hands‑on experience creating and producing marketing materials for the RSC and campus organizations at East Texas A&M University. No prior experience is required – you will be trained on the job.

Key responsibilities

• Create content by assisting with basic graphic design, marketing projects, and preparing print‑ready files.
• Produce posters, banners, signage and other large‑format materials using professional printing equipment.
• Trim, organize, prepare and package completed customer orders.
• Support RSC events, promotions, campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Provide friendly, professional service to students, faculty, staff and campus organizations.

Required profile

• Current East Texas A&M University student, dependable, responsible and punctual.
• Creative, coachable, receptive to feedback with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic graphic design.
• Use of marketing software and professional printing equipment.
