Strategy & Operations Manager, In-person (Remote)

About the role

Rula is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to lead the expansion of in‑person behavioral healthcare. You will own the scaling of psychiatry services, build safety programs, and drive high‑impact initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the scaling of in‑person psychiatry services and develop office safety and suitability programs.
• Partner with supply teams to create provider acquisition channels, value propositions, and demand‑generation strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across target markets and maintain operational excellence.
• Own and execute cross‑functional, high‑impact projects as strategic priorities evolve.

Required profile

• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy & operations, chief‑of‑staff, or analytical roles at a top‑tier firm or high‑growth tech company.
• 2+ years leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with hands‑on experience querying data (e.g., Looker, Hex) and building financial/operational models in Google Sheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to synthesize analyses for diverse audiences.
