Project Manager - Dermatology Clinical Trials

About the role

TFS HealthScience is hiring a Project Manager for its CDS Dermatology team, which delivers clinical research solutions to clients. The role covers the overall planning, execution and delivery of dermatology clinical trials, acting as the main contact for sponsors and leading cross-functional teams so projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical studies from start-up through close-out.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate activities across departments.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable regulations, SOPs and quality standards.
• Support business development, including proposals and bid defenses as needed.
• Provide regular project updates and financial forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Clinical Project Manager in clinical research.
• At least 2-3 years of dermatology clinical trial experience.
• Prior CRO experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing study budgets, timelines and client relationships.
• Must be based in the United States; West Coast location preferred.
